Accessing Google Forms:

From Google Drive

  1. Create a new form by selecting New.

  2. Hover over arrow next to Google Forms.

  3. Select either Blank form or From a template.

Create a new form by selecting the BLANK template or choose one of the premade templates shown.

  1. Select the 3 dots to launch the menu.

  2. Select the option to receive email notifications for new responses.
