Skyward will automatically display the current grading period columns for each 9 weeks.

FIN- Final Grade
S# – Semester
Q# – Report Card
CC# – Citizenship/Conduct
P#a / P#b- Progress Report
From the Dashboard, click on Teacher Access.
Click My Gradebook.
Open the gradebook for a specific class.
Hover over Display Options in top menu.
Choose Grade Period Display.
Choose to Hide All. Skyward will not allow you to hide the current grading period.
From the Dashboard, click on Teacher Access.
Click My Gradebook.
Open the gradebook for a specific class.
Click Display Options in top menu.
Choose Assignment Display.
Choose to Sort Assignments by: xxxx
Choose Date Sequence: Descending or Ascending.
Adjust Assignment Heading. This can make blue columns smaller in the gradebook.
From the Dashboard, click on Teacher Access.
Click My Gradebook.
Open the gradebook for a specific class.
Click Display Options in the top menu.
Choose Student Display.
Select how names appear in the gradebook.
*Dropped students will appear gray in the gradebook if you choose to display them.
