Go to Educator Access Plus
Click on My Students
Highlight a student, then click Select.
Under Student Info area, click on Discipline.
Click the Add button.
Ensure the school is the current campus the student attends.
Select the officer. (This is the person adding doing the referral.)
Select the offense.
Select the location.
Select the date and time.
Indicate if you have notified the parent about the referral by selecting the check box.
Add comments in the comment box if needed.
Click Save.
If you need to edit after saving, click on the pencil icon to edit.
